Since 2013 I have been working in the field of marketing and business development for the professional services environment, particularly in the Life Sciences & Health Care segment over the past six years. I have accompanied countless pitches and presentations, coordinated directory submissions and successfully placed them in Band/Tier 1, and also accompanied many internal and external publications. 

But M&BD can do so much more. I act as a counterpart who motivates the partners to take a step back and maybe dare to do something that doesn't fit into the conservative environment of a professional services firm. Society is changing, expectations as well, so holding on to something, which doesn't fit into today's narrative is absolutely unacceptable.
